**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them with vehicle service needs, including repairs, routine maintenance, and special requests.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose their vehicle issues, while providing clear explanations and recommendations.
- Schedule service appointments, ensuring proper time allocation for each job and a streamlined workflow.
- Provide accurate service estimates and explain the costs involved for parts, labor, and any additional charges.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates on the status of their vehicles and estimated completion times.
- Collaborate with technicians and service teams to relay customer information and ensure smooth execution of repairs and maintenance.
- Review customer service histories to suggest preventative maintenance and recommend suitable services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Process customer payments, including insurance claims when applicable, and ensure all documentation is properly completed.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and service trends to provide accurate advice and superior service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
