The Store Executive is responsible for the efficient management of inventory, material handling, and documentation in the store. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of electronic components, raw materials, consumables, and finished goods in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory & Material Management**:
- Receive, inspect, and verify **inward materials** (electronic components, PCBs, mechanical parts, etc.) as per the purchase order and delivery note.
- Ensure accurate **stocking and binning** of materials based on part number, category, and storage conditions (e.g., moisture-sensitive devices - MSD).
- Maintain and update **inventory records** in ERP or inventory management software.
Material Issue & Dispatch:
- Issue materials to **production, QA, and R&D** departments based on **Material Issue Slips** or **Pick Lists**.
- Coordinate the **dispatch of finished goods** to customers or warehouses with proper packaging and documentation.
- Track and manage **returnable and non-returnable gate passes**.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of **Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)**, **Material Requisition Notes (MRNs)**, and **Issue Slips**.
- Ensure **FIFO / LIFO / FEFO** methods are followed to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Assist in **cycle counts** and **physical stock audits** regularly and during financial year-end.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with the **procurement, quality, production, and logistics teams** for material planning and availability.
- Prepare regular reports on **inventory levels**, **slow/non-moving stock**, and **stock discrepancies**.
Compliance:
- Ensure proper handling and storage of **ESD-sensitive components**.
- Follow **safety, 5S, and ISO/QMS procedures** in the store area.
**Required Skills & Competencies**:
- Knowledge of **electronic components, materials, and basic BOM structure**.
- Proficient in **ERP systems** (SAP, Oracle, or custom systems).
- Understanding of **MSD storage, ESD handling**, and component shelf-life.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle **fast-paced, high-volume** environments with accuracy.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in **Logistics, Supply Chain, Electronics, or related field**.
- 1-3 years of experience in **stores/inventory handling** in an EMS or electronics manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
