Job Title: Store Person

Location: Crown Plaza Mall, Faridabad

Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Stock Management: Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory counts, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Merchandising: Ensure that all products are displayed correctly and are fully stocked on the sales floor.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries and help them locate items within the store.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organised, and presentable, including managing fitting rooms and ensuring product areas are tidy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support daily operations and meet sales targets.
- Safety & Security: Adhere to store safety protocols and report any security concerns to the store manager.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, particularly in a clothing store, is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
