**Qualification : Any Degree or Supply Chain Management / Logistics or Equivalent Degree.**

**( Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be advantage ).**

**Experience : Min - 1 Year - Max - 3 Years.**

**Salary : 15K - 18K Per Month.**

**Gender : Male.**

**Location : Dharapuram, Tirupur.**

**Notice Period : Immediate Joiner.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

**Ability to commute / Relocate**:

- Tirupur, Tamilnadu : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work ( Required )
