Key Responsibilities

  • Manage WMS operations for inbound, outbound, inventory, and system transactions.
  • Troubleshoot WMS issues and coordinate with IT/vendor teams.
  • Handle user access, WMS configuration, and basic system setup.
  • Monitor and maintain WMS–ERP integration accuracy.
  • Run SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
  • Support warehouse teams with system-related issues.
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Assist in cycle count, stock reconciliation, and data correction.

Required Technical Skills

  • Experience with WMS tools (SAP EWM / Oracle WMS / Manhattan / Infor / any WMS).
  • SQL knowledge, including:
  • Writing basic to intermediate queries
  • Stored procedures
  • Functions
  • Joins (Inner/Left/Right/Full)
  • Familiarity with Database Management Systems (DBMS).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes (GRN, picking, packing, dispatch).
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹26,000.00 per month
