**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile bank statements and cash book entries in Tally.
- Monitor cash flows and ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations.
- Process vendor payments, track outstanding payables, and ensure timely collections from customers.
- Prepare and generate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
- Prepare GST, TDS returns, and ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filings.
- Record inventory movements in Tally, reconcile stock levels, and assist in stock audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records, provide documentation for internal/external audits, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Assist in cost analysis, product costing, and support budgeting processes. Monitor financial performance against budgets.
- Utilize Tally ERP 9/Prime for accurate data entry, financial reporting, and record-keeping.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience of related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in **Tally ERP 9** or **Tally Prime**. Knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
