Key Responibities -Front Desk & Back End Support
Maintaining Administrative requirement
Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless visitor and client experience.
Maintain administrative records, files, and databases.
Manage printing services (letterheads, envelopes, visiting cards, etc.).
Order stationery, pantry items, and company assets.
Organize gifts for special occasions, such as Diwali.
Reconcile petty cash and expense reports.
Monitor and optimize office expenses.
HR Support
Post job openings on Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment agencies.
Organize staff events, including lunches, birthday celebrations, and outings.
Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
Design compensation and benefits packages other letters related to HR
Maintain employee records, attendance, and salary registers.
Travel arrangements
Air and rail ticket bookings (Domestic & International)
Visa and passport processing
Hotel reservations
Other travel-related arrangements as required
Manage travel budgets and expenses.
Research and recommend travel options.
Provide travel updates and itinerary changes.
Key Skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving and adaptability.
Ability to work under pressure.
**Job Requirement**:
- Preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience
- Education: Graduation is mandatory
- Immediate Joiners preferred
Pay: The salary for this position is dependent on your experience and qualifications. We are open to negotiations and would like to discuss this further with you.
