- **Telephone Management**: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal time utilization.
- **Mail and Deliveries**: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- **Security Coordination**: Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols by issuing badges or visitor passes.
- **Facility Management**: Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, equipped with necessary stationery and materials.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain and update contact lists and visitor logs.
- **Communication Liaison**: Coordinate with internal staff to relay messages and information promptly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
