**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage inventory and issue of uniforms, books, and other student materials
- Maintain stock registers and documentation of purchases and distributions
- Handle student imprest accounts and petty cash
- Prepare and issue Transfer Certificates (TCs) and other student-related documents
- Support in admission-related documentation and general clerical tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement
- Maintain records systematically (physical and digital)
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in school administration or stores management preferred
- Basic accounting and documentation skills
- Familiarity with MS Office / basic computer operations
- Good organizational and record-keeping ability
- **Fluency in Kannada is mandatory**:
- Must be willing to stay on campus (residential position with food & accommodation)
**Application Process**:
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
