**About the Role**:
MAK Kotwal Realty is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their real estate requirements, and guiding them through the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-end luxury properties in South Mumbai, ranging from ₹7 Crores to ₹70 Crores and upwards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively seek and engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.
- Provide comprehensive information on available properties, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

**Skills Required**:

- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Solid understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
