**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and prepare CMC machines for operation by loading materials, installing cutting tools, and inputting program parameters.
- Program CMC machines using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Operate CMC machines to produce parts and components with precision and accuracy, monitoring the process to ensure quality control.
- Inspect finished parts for defects and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CMC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while operating CMC machines and handling materials.
- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to optimize production processes and meet production targets.
- Maintain documentation and records related to machine settings, programming, production output, and quality control.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in machining or CNC operations preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CMC machines in a manufacturing or related industry.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of CMC machine operation, programming, and tooling.
- Familiarity with CAM software and computerized machining techniques.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on CMC machines.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing production requirements.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
