**Responsibilitie**:

- Design and implement a comprehensive life skills curriculum tailored to the needs of the target audience.
- Create engaging lesson plans that address essential life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and interpersonal relationships.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, role-playing exercises, and real-life scenarios to facilitate skill development.
- Evaluate participants' progress in acquiring life skills through assessments, observations, and feedback.
- Provide constructive feedback to encourage personal growth and skill enhancement.
- Collaborate with other trainers, educators, and support staff to integrate life skills training into broader educational programs.
- Maintain accurate records of participant progress, assessments, and feedback.
- Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of the life skills training program.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Life Skills Trainer or in a similar role

- Empathy and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Genuine passion for empowering individuals through the development of life skills.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
