Role Description

- IMMEDIATE JOINERS SHOULD ONLY APPLY.
- Candidate should ideally be a Commerce / Finance post graduate
- SAP certified / trained professional (desirable, any module)
- Past experience as a Teacher/Trainer is highly desirable with good soft skills
- Applicants must be willing to travel across Maharashtra to conduct trainings in person at different locations. Accommodation and travel expenses shall be reimbursed by the company
- Candidates shall conduct Business Process (ERP) and Finance related training for college students
- Effective orientation and induction sessions for the participants should be conducted by the trainer
- To provide the best learning possible, the trainer should exhibit the essential core training concepts, such as facilitation, teaching, and classroom management
- Excellent communication / presentation skills is a must to deliver training to a large group
- Proficient in using online tools such as Google Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom / Microsoft Teams, etc.
- The trainer should interact with the batch of students and address their queries
- Assist in preparing and maintaining relevant documents related to the training and trainees
- All necessary training shall be provided to selected candidates

Qualifications

- Finance / Accounts Graduate
- Relevant experience of minimum 3yrs
- SAP Certified / trained
- Prior coaching experience preferred
- Fluent in English, Marathi, Hindi
- Willing to travel across Maharashtra
- Proficient in Presentation Skills and Communication
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities
- Relevant certifications in training or education are a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Perks and benefits

- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month
- Schedule: 4 to 5 hours of work during the day
