**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training on various aspects of fashion and apparel design, including sketching, pattern making, garment construction, fabric selection, and trend analysis.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and hands-on workshops aligned with industry trends and standards.
- Provide individual and group mentorship to students, guiding them through design projects from concept to completion.
- Teach students about the latest trends, tools, software (e.g., CAD), and techniques used in fashion design and apparel manufacturing.
- Assess students’ work, provide constructive feedback, and track progress throughout the training program.
- Ensure students meet the required technical and creative competencies for certification and job readiness.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, tools, and techniques to keep the curriculum relevant.
- Organize fashion shows or exhibitions to showcase students' work, providing them with exposure to the industry.
- Assist students with portfolio development and career guidance, preparing them for job placements.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field from a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the fashion or apparel design industry.
- Prior experience as a trainer or educator in fashion design or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD for fashion design.
- Strong knowledge of têxtiles, garment construction, fashion illustration, and pattern making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and mentor students, fostering creativity and innovation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage training schedules and student progress.
- Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student success.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the fashion industry, including work with fashion houses or brands.
- Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and emerging trends in the fashion industry.
- Ability to guide students in the development of their own design portfolios.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
