**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage site updates and full web window launches - includes tracking updates on a calendar, proofing notices, issue resolution and morning site validation.
- Assist in tracking and resolving CMS setup & production site issues.
- Serving as a liaison between IT and other cross functional teams, to help communicate and resolve issues.
- Responsible for using the Content Management System to execute all the elements of product page set-up for catalogue view, catalog quick order, clearance and auto add GWPs on the web site. This entails editing copy, verifying copy accuracy, ensuring appropriate cross-sells are set up, setting up brands, ensuring images and swatches meet our quality standards, etc.
- Owns QA/proofing for the content setup for daily site updates as well as site launches.
- Adhere to the online shop production schedule/process for site launches, maintaining the accuracy and smooth execution of the shop. Communicate regularly with teammates to keep all informed about proofing status and to ensure consistency of approach across shopping categories.
- Serve as Administrator for issues submitted in RITA (online issue tracker).
- Actively participate in launch hindsight meetings, and document meeting notes as needed.
- Coordinates tasks and schedules and effectively communicates across departments to define scope of work/expectations and ensure deadlines for deliverables are met.
- Maintains a state-of-the-art online customer experience, identifying process improvements, supporting special projects and working with multiple teams to execute the business vision.
