Hiring for Operations Lead Position where you are required to report to Sales Head.Completely On -site mode of working for 6 days with a high salary paySalary depends on your experience & confidence level along with skillsOnly Preferring Female CandidatesJob Title: Operations Lead – For a Consumer Durable Industry Location: Mumbai, Thane, On -site Role Working Days: Monday to Saturday Experience: Minimum 3+ years Reporting To: Manager of Sales About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee and streamline operational processes for our consumer durable products. The role requires strong coordination with cross -functional teams to ensure smooth business operations, timely execution, and effective sales support. Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinate with cross -functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service) for seamless execution of operations. ● Provide operational and backend support to the sales team to achieve business targets. ● Monitor day -to -day operational activities and resolve process -related issues. ● Ensure timely order processing, stock management, and product availability. ● Track and report operational KPIs to the manager for performance review. ● Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time. ● Maintain compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service quality benchmarks.Requirements ● Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations ● Strong coordination and communication skills. ● Hands -on experience in sales support and backend operations. ● Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM tools preferred. ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
