As we continue to uphold excellence, we are looking to expand our team by hiring a **Quality Officer** to manage ISO 9001:2015 documentation, including audits and their preparations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Document Management**: Ensure all ISO 9001:2015 quality management system (QMS) documents are reviewed, maintained, updated, and comply with the relevant standards of Maritime Training.
- **Audit Preparation**: Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date with audit-readiness and participate as an auditor to participate in internal audits. Coordinate with external auditors for scheduling, planning and execution of external audits.
- **Compliance & Standards**: Monitor compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and work closely with various departments of each institute’s HODs and faculties to drive continuous improvement.
- **Training & Support**: Provide training to staff on QMS-related processes and procedures, promoting adherence to quality standards.
- **Reporting**: Generate (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly) reports on the effectiveness of the QMS, including audit findings, non-conformities, corrective actions and / or any improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Basic Qualification**: Bachelor's degree with good knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking).
- **ISO Certification**: Must be an **IRCA-approved ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor**.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in Quality Management System, in a middle management role, with good knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2015 documentation and audits.
- **Skills**: Excellent organizational, inter-personal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and maintaining high standards of quality.
- **Travel**: Capable of visiting the branches in Chennai and Vizag to coordinate for ISO related activities.

**Salary**:
**₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (negotiable based on the years of experience)**
