**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **day-to-day accounting activities** including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and vouchers.
- Manage **Tally ERP accounting system** with complete accuracy.
- Oversee accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and staff reimbursements.
- Assist in **preparation of financial statements**, MIS reports, and audit requirements.
- Ensure **statutory compliance** (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.) and timely filing of returns.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for all financial transactions.
- Support management with financial analysis and budgeting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in **Commerce / Finance / Accounting**.
- **2-4 years of proven experience** in accounting and finance.
- **Strong hands-on experience with Tally (mandatory).**:

- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
