**Job Description: Finance Executive**
- We are seeking a skilled Finance Executive to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our finance department. As a Finance Executive, you will primarily be responsible for vendor and bank reconciliations, utilizing your strong knowledge of accounting principles and software proficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Reconciliations**:

- Perform vendor and bank reconciliations regularly.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- **Data Management**:

- Use advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor payments and bank transactions.
- **Accounts Payable**:

- Manage accounts payable processes including invoice verification and payments.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and expense claims.
- **Banking Operations**:

- Handle basic banking tasks such as account opening and amendments.
- Communicate with banks to resolve operational issues.
- **Software Utilization**:

- Efficiently use accounting software for recording transactions and generating reports.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining accounting systems.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Executive or similar role, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Sound understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reconciliation.
- Basic banking knowledge including account operations and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
