**Principle Duties & Responsibilities**
Call customer for their order placement of medicines. Should be able to understand the medicine nuances.
Provides order assistance and product information in an efficient and professional manner.

Outbound calling

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our product, pricing, availability and dispatch

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right resources within the company.

Go the extra mile to engage with Customer Requirements

**Skills Required**:
We are looking for Exp whom we can train in E9 ways to be a part of our team. Basic education paired with good communication skills is highly appreciated.
Bpharm/Diploma in Pharmacy
Customer Support Experience (Minimum 1 Year). Prior experience in Pharma/Life Sciences/Chemicals/ Analytical Instrumentation would be preferable.
Good communication and presentation skills
Strong telephone etiquettes to satisfy various customer situations
Customer-focused with the ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios
Friendly/professional and Ambitious person
Problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
Ability to work independently and in a team environment and to escalate issues as appropriate.

**Salary**: ₹15,181.22 - ₹25,626.56 per month
