This role demands strong expertise in Linux server administration, advanced troubleshooting, and handling complex tasks such as database clustering (MySQL). Additionally, experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and hosting providers (e.g., GoDaddy) will be highly valued. Your proactive approach to maintaining server performance, ensuring security, and providing top-notch client support will be critical to the success of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Server Administration**:
○ Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of hosted environments.

○ Monitor server health, performance, and resource utilization, implementing necessary optimizations.
- **Client Support**:
○ Troubleshoot and resolve server-related problems, ensuring mínimal downtime and disruption.

○ Guide clients on best practices and solutions for their hosting needs.
- **Database Management**:
○ Administer MySQL databases, including setting up clusters, replication, and backups.

○ Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and availability.
- **Cloud & Hosting Solutions**:
○ Configure and manage infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, and other hosting providers.
- **Security & Compliance**:
○ Implement and maintain security measures, including malware scanning, firewalls, and encryption protocols.

○ Regularly patch and update systems to protect against vulnerabilities.

○ Conduct security audits to ensure data protection and compliance with industry standards.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
○ Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and incident reports.

○ Provide regular updates to management on system performance and client issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in Linux server administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of web hosting environments, including cPanel, Plesk, and WHM.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL clustering, replication, and optimization.
- Familiarity with hosting platforms like GoDaddy, Bluehost, or others is a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹16,425.37 - ₹86,901.08 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
