**Role Overview**:
As an ICU Nurse at Healic Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in delivering critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. You will be responsible for closely monitoring patients, administering treatment, and working collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and record vital signs, patient status, and changes in condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Operate and manage life-support systems such as ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Respond to emergencies and perform lifesaving procedures like CPR when needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and nursing records.
- Ensure a sterile and safe environment by following infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with ICU doctors, specialists, and other nursing staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families, explaining procedures and care plans.
- Participate in daily rounds, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Follow standard ICU nursing procedures and hospital policies at all times.

**Required Qualifications**:

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / Post B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration (State or Indian Nursing Council).
- 2+ years of experience working in an ICU or emergency care setting.
- Strong clinical skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with ICU equipment and protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
