**Job Description - OT Staff**

**Position**: OT Staff (Operation Theatre Assistant)
**Department**: Operation Theatre

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgeries by arranging instruments and supplies.
- Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and functioning properly.
- Handle surgical specimens safely and deliver them for laboratory examination.
- Monitor stock levels of OT instruments, consumables, and request replenishment as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, instruments used, and sterilization records.
- Provide support in emergency surgeries and work in coordination with the surgical team.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in OT Technology or relevant field.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization techniques.
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good teamwork skills.

**Job Description - Nursing Staff**

**Position**: Nursing Staff (Registered Nurse)
**Department**: Nursing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide holistic nursing care to patients in wards, OPD, and ICU as per protocols.
- Assist doctors during patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and IV fluids accurately.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and promptly report any changes to the medical team.
- Maintain patient records, care plans, and ensure proper documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, medication, and hygiene.
- Ensure infection control, cleanliness, and safety in the assigned area.
- Provide emotional support and build a caring relationship with patients.
- Assist in emergency situations (CPR, first aid, trauma care).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing with valid registration.
- Sound knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and hospital protocols.
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts and under stressful conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
