**Position Overview**: As a Tea Taster, you will be responsible for evaluating and assessing the quality, taste, and aroma of tea products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Tasting and Evaluation of different tea types (different regions).
- Blending and formulation of new blends or adjust existing ones based on consumer preferences and market trends.
- Assist in designing and perfecting tea recipes that meet the company’s standards for quality and flavor.
- Monitor and evaluate tea production processes to ensure they meet established standards of taste and quality.
- Work with the quality control team to identify issues and resolve them timely.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including popular tea varieties and price fluctuation
- Record detailed tasting notes and maintains a database of tea evaluations.
- Report findings and suggestions for product improvement to relevant teams.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Smart, Intelligent and ready to learn.
- In-depth understanding of different types of tea, their characteristics, and production processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate tasting notes and provide constructive feedback.
- Previous experience as a tea taster, tea blender, or in a related role is preferred.
- A background in food science, agriculture, or related fields.
- Between 21-35 years.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taratala, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
