- Troubleshoot Application failures during deployment
- Must be ready to work on ticketing systems like Service Now to solve end user issues.
- Must have prior experience with using AdminStudio / Wise Package Studio / ORCA / MSIX / PACE Suite for packaging.
- Must understand and have used one of the following: Windows Command Shell Script, VBScript, or Powershell.
- Expertise in shimming is desirable, but not required.
- Must have an understanding of software deployment on tool like Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Roles and Responsibilities:

- 1. Must understand a standard packaging process and workflow.
- 3. Must have political awareness and sensitivity in customer situations.
- 4. Self-starter who can work independently but also enjoys a team atmosphere
- 5. Strong analytical problem solving skills to work, research, troubleshoot and analyze problems independently
- 6. Must be able to meet deadlines.
- 7. Must be able to work after hours and some weekends.
