**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing & Promotion**: Promote coaching programs through online and offline channels, including social media, events, and local outreach.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and reach out to potential students and parents through field visits, calls, and digital marketing.
- **Customer Engagement**: Explain course offerings, fee structures, and benefits to prospective students and parents to encourage enrollments.
- **Networking**: Build relationships with schools, tuition centers, and local communities to increase awareness and referrals.
- **Follow-ups**: Regularly follow up with interested students and parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
- **Market Research**: Analyze competitors and trends to improve marketing strategies and increase admissions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions is a plus.
