Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 5 to 8 years

**Required Skills**:
They should be confident in building new clients and maintaining the existing ones.

They should have evidence of strong communication skills and possess good negotiating abilities.

They should have a strong understanding of international sales strategies, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to achieve sales targets.

They should have experience in handling teams and work closely with them for achieving the targets.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies: They must develop and implement sales strategies to identify and target potential clients in international markets. This includes conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and developing a sales pitch.

Build relationships with clients: They must build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements. This includes regular communication, meetings,

and follow-ups to maintain and grow the relationship.

Manage the sales process: They must manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal. This includes preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.

Achieve sales targets: They must work towards achieving sales targets set by the company. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and expanding the company's presence in international markets.

Collaborate with other teams: They must collaborate with other teams such as marketing, operations, and delivery to ensure that the sales process is efficient and effective. This includes providing feedback on customer needs and requirements and working together to develop customized solutions.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends: They must stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the international market. This includes attending industry events, networking with peers, and conducting market research.

Maintain accurate records: They must maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client information, sales calls, and revenue generated. This includes using CRM tools and other sales management software.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
