**Sales & Operations Employee - Deepak Investments**

Deepak Investments is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Operations Employee to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting both the sales and operational aspects of our business. Your responsibilities will involve client engagement, sales support, and efficient operational management.

**Responsibilities**:*
- **Client Interaction:* **Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships for long-term client satisfaction.
- **Sales Support**:* Assist the sales team in achieving targets by identifying new opportunities and cross-selling to existing clients.
- **Operational Management**:* Oversee daily operational activities such as processing transactions, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- **Product Knowledge**:* Stay current with investment products and market trends. Educate clients on various investment options and guide them through decision-making.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities. Prepare reports on sales and operational performance.
- **Team Collaboration**:* Work closely with sales, operations, and other teams to optimize processes and ensure seamless client service.
- **Customer Service**:* Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:*
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, operations, or customer service, ideally in the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
