**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, hospitals, and medical institutions to create job opportunities for students.
- Coordinate and organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry networking events.
- Guide students in resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
- Collaborate with the training team to align student skills with industry requirements.
- Track student placements, maintain placement records, and prepare reports.
- Ensure a smooth recruitment process by coordinating with employers and students.
- Stay updated on industry trends and job market demands in the healthcare sector.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred in Healthcare, HR, or related fields).
- Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or career counseling.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet placement targets.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its hiring trends is an added advantage.
