Klub is now embarking on a new journey by venturing into the world of cross-border commerce

through our newly established E-Commerce Vertical. To drive this initiative forward, we are

actively seeking dynamic individuals to join our dedicated Cross-Border E-Commerce Team in

Ahmedabad. If you are passionate about e-commerce, global trade, and creating exceptional

customer experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you to be part of a pioneering team that

will shape the future of Klub.

Role And Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with brand partners, freight forwarders, courier partners, logistics providers, custom clearing agents in India and destination countries, and partner brands' warehouse/dispatch teams.
- Manage and resolve supply chain disruptions in real time, providing timely updates and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement coordinated plans and processes for business growth.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain and inventory management.
- 0-1 years of experience in logistics with a demonstrated ability to handle a wide range of activities.
- Prior experience in logistics operations, dispatch, tracking, and coordination would be favorable.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
