Title: UX Designer (2+ years of experience)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design concepts
- Design and iterate on user interfaces that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and meet business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of professional experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Axure
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelors or Master's degree in HCI, UX Design, or related field is a plus

**Salary**: ₹282,559.92 per year
