Key Responsibilities: - eeply understand product ecosystem, user types, and business operations across use cases - Translate functional requirements and business logic into robust, intuitive, and error-proof UX flows - Design user journeys that cater to multiple client types and adapt across verticals, roles, and data volumes - Work closely with product leads, developers, and QA to ensure accurate UX implementation - Build task-driven wireframes, flowcharts, and prototypes that convey logic, navigation, and intent clearly - Continuously refine UX based on internal feedback, usage data, and edge case handling - Ensure a seamless experience across modules by anticipating user motives, friction points, and task paths Requirements Mandatory Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in UX Design, preferably in SaaS or complex B2B platforms - Strong understanding of user psychology, workflow design, and system usability - Demonstrated ability to map user journeys across different personas and use cases - Experience designing for logic-heavy, operations-focused digital products - Excellent grasp of wireframing tools (Figma, Whimsical, Miro, etc.) and UX documentation - Strong communication and collaboration skills to align product vision with practical flows Good to Have: - Exposure to designing for admin panels, reporting dashboards, or multi-role SaaS systems - Familiarity with off-the-shelf design systems and working alongside UI developers - Understanding of basic frontend constraints to design with feasibility in mind - Experience working in cross-functional agile teams with developers and PMs Benefits What we Offer: - Opportunity to shape the core experience of a mission-critical platform (Safal) used by large-scale enterprises - Work within a lean, outcome-focused team where UX drives product success - High ownership, low bureaucracy environment - Flexible work hours and location - Direct mentorship from product and tech leads - Scope to grow into Product Strategy or UX Leadership roles over time
