**Staff Nurse Responsibilities**:
- Providing clinical care.
- To coordinate and monitor bedside nursing care in accordance with global standards and escalate issues to the intensivist who also will be at the command Centre 24/7.
- To manage patients and document their progress, respond to alerts/concerns and troubleshoot issues as per the guidelines.
- Follow post-operative nursing care record in case file and ensure its being implemented.
- Enquire and know about New admissions, Transfers, Surgery and investigation list, Discharges, Care plan, progress all details of the patient.
- Monitor all patients are treated as per the guidelines mentioned in the handing over and taking over protocol.
- Check the patients records for any changes, special orders etc.
- Prepare a report on the progress of the patient in the patient care record and keep inform Intensivist at Command Centre.
- Check and receive all investigation reports done during the day.
- Send intimation to the concerned departments and provide need-based support across other service components at the connected care Centre.
- Providing appropriate response and support for patient needs, as per the advice of the Intensivist.
- Basic knowledge of overall operational aspects of the program.
**Staff Nurse Requirements**:
**Qualifications / Certifications**
- B.Sc. Nursing/M.Sc. Nursing Minimum 2 year of hands-on ICU experience in well-reputed hospital ICUs.
- Demonstrate brilliant empathy and communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
- Problem Solving/Decision Making Critical Thinking & root cause analysis of patient care.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (preferable)
