**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients in accordance with their medical needs and doctor’s instructions.
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and symptoms, and provide regular updates to the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and treatments.
- Assist patients with daily activities, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
- Coordinate care with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- **Clinical Skills**:

- Perform clinical procedures like wound dressing, catheterization, IV insertion, and other nursing tasks as needed.
- Provide post-operative care and assist in the recovery of patients.
- Ensure proper documentation of all patient care and maintain accurate records.
- **Patient Education**:

- Educate patients and families on health conditions, post-discharge care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Provide information about medications, therapies, and preventive healthcare.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other nursing staff, medical personnel, and hospital departments to ensure effective patient care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, reporting on patient progress and care concerns.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Provide emergency care and interventions as needed, including CPR and first aid.
- Assist in critical care and intensive care units when required.
- **Quality and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with hospital policies, medical regulations, and ethical standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training programs to stay up-to-date with medical advancements and nursing practices.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- BSc in Nursing (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing license (as per local or regional requirements).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical/hospital setting preferred.
- Experience in specific areas such as ICU, emergency, pediatrics, or maternity is an advantage.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong clinical skills, with proficiency in nursing techniques and medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and teamwork.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle emergencies.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused care approach.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Familiarity with hospital procedures and patient care management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
