**Role description**:

- To identify the accounts that needs talent pipeline
- Ensure effectiveness of sourcing channels
- Provides support to the team or recruiter to be assigned
- Maximize utilization of sourcing technology and database
- Develops and maintains excellent working relations within the Recruitment and Operations, and Hiring Teams
- Performs such other recruitment related functions that may be assigned permanently and from time to time.

**Role accountabilities**:

- To identify the accounts that needs talent pipeline

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- With strong and in-depth background in sourcing.
- At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in similar industry, shared services, or in an international recruitment agency is required for this position.
- Extensive experience in data processing of manpower
- Possess strong attention to detail; excellent people/leadership skills, pro-active
- Excellent planning, time management and decision-making skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
- A flexible team player with proven ability to work in a diversified culture
- Ability to build strong relationships, internal and external
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing tools
