**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert knowledge and guidance to customers on various jewelry products, including gold, diamonds, and other precious metals.
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Explain the features, care, and value of jewelry, including diamond grading, settings, and certifications.
- Build strong relationships with customers by offering personalized service, upselling products, and providing after-sales support.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of current jewelry trends, inventory, and new arrivals.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the jewelry displays are attractive, organized, and properly stocked.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves, restocking jewelry, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to all safety and security protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including new diamond cuts, gold types, and fashion jewelry developments.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a retail sales position, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- In-depth knowledge of **gold**, **diamonds**, and other precious metals, including understanding the **4 Cs** of diamonds (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
