**1.Procurement Management**
- Identify and source reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate supplier quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers.

**2. Purchase Order Management**
- Prepare and issue purchase orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
- Track orders and resolve any issues with delays or discrepancies.

**3. Inventory Coordination**
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team.
- Reorder materials when necessary to avoid shortages or overstocking.

**4. Vendor Relationship Management**
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly (quality, delivery, service).
- Develop and maintain an approved supplier list.

**5. Cost Control & Budgeting**
- Analyze purchasing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure procurement within budget constraints.
- Maintain records for auditing and cost analysis.

**6. Compliance & Documentation**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts.
- Handle documentation like invoices, delivery notes, and payment terms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
