**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Patient Care**:
- Conduct initial patient assessments, take medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage patients under the supervision of senior physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
- **Emergency Care**:
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies, providing first-line treatment and stabilizing patients.
- Assist in emergency procedures, resuscitations, and acute care interventions.
- **Clinical Procedures**:
- Perform basic medical procedures such as blood sampling, IV line insertion, wound dressing, catheterization, etc.
- Assist in or perform minor surgical procedures, under supervision if needed.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:
- Communicate effectively with consultants, nursing staff, and other medical professionals.
- Coordinate with diagnostic departments for laboratory and imaging investigations.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including clinical notes, test results, and treatment plans. Prepare patients death summary and discharge summary.
- Ensure legal and ethical standards of documentation are followed.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Participate in medical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and training programs.
- Adhere to hospital policies and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- **Training & Development**:
- Attend educational sessions, conferences, and workshops to stay updated on medical advancements.
- Provide guidance and support to junior doctors and interns when necessary.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in emergency settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and teamwork.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in handling medical equipment and familiarity with healthcare software systems.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- **Licensing**: Valid medical license to practice in the respective region/country.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory (varies by role and organization).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
