Export/import Coordinator and Account Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities: - ** Handling the Individual Shipment. - RODTEP, MESIS, ICE GATE - IPO - Embassy Handling, Visa, Membership. - Banking Coordination. - Account Handling, Audit Handling. - GST Refund. - To handle Pre-shipment and Post-shipment procedure of Air. - Planning & forecasting of Export orders in co-ordination with our Merchandising team and buyer. - Preparation of Work Orders & other export documents in ERP system as per the Sales Contract. - Plan & movement of goods in coordination with Merchandising team & Dispatch Team. - To interact with Shipping Lines, for Freight Negotiation, Bookings & other shipment critical matters. - Filing online Booking, Shipping Instruction, ACD and VGM in shipping line. - To interact with CHA for custom clearance & shipment related activities. - Ensure proper completion of pre-shipment process for Central Excise & custom clearance process. - To ensure Rex Registration statement submission to EIA authorities in time. - Checking & signing of documents reports, maintain record of every shipment & update MIS. - Ensure completion of post shipment documents in time & accurately. - Ensure the proper tracking of each & every shipments till it is cleared by customer at destination. - To keep track of payments & advise concerned for action. - To keep the track of Advance License, EPCG License, IGST, MEIS Scheme and Duty Drawback shipments. - Understand custom regulation & necessary documentation for new products. - Communicating and visiting to external government agencies likes IOPEPC, FIEO, IMC, ECGC, BOMBAY CHEMBER& EIA for update information, new scheme and to solve documents related queries For garment factories to be socially compliant & ISO Compliant. Working hours 8. Remuneration 9. Management systems Follow up and set up the Fire equipment, such as Smoke Detectors, Fire Extinguishers, and others. Updating Fire Drill records and conducting Fire Drill regularly. Preparing the Accident Report every month. Follow up the Compliance Issue register given to each line, on a regular basis. Look after and set up different signs and symbols. Look after and report about the Drinking Water Filters. Supervise health, environmental & safety issues Supervise all licenses, permit,s and NOC's are updated and properly filed Supervise all files; documents are regularly & properly updated To see if the toilets are sufficient and separated marking "Male" & "Female"; whether the toilets are clean & Hygienic with sufficient towels To ensure having personal safety equipment like a mask, metal gloves, eye guard, needle guard, pulley cover, goggles, earplug, gumboot, rubber apron, ear muff for workers are working in machines & chemical stores. Responsible and trained first aid team with easy identification sign at working places with sufficient first aid box & medicine To ensure if water facilities marked with "pure Drinking water" are available. To check whether proper ventilation and light at working places are sufficient To ensure that workers are paid as per the minimum wages rules & regulations Ensure proper and environmentally friendly wastage disposal. Organize training programs for the workers. Planning, managing, and implementing CSR projects if required. FLUENCY IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SHOULD HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE OF LABOUR COMPLIANCE AND FACTORY AUDIT SHOULD HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE OF SA 8000 AUDIT, ISO AUDIT, TQM Role: Export/Import Co-Ordinator & Compliance Executive **Salary**: 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 P.A.
