Key Responsibilities:

- Develop visual concepts: Create engaging designs for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, and advertisements.
- Brand consistency: Maintain consistency in visual elements across all platforms, ensuring designs align with the company’s branding and messaging.
- Create and edit graphics: Design logos, icons, brochures, flyers, infographics, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with team: Work closely with marketing and content teams to produce cohesive and effective design strategies.
- UI/UX design: Contribute to web and app design projects by creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Manage projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality results.
- Stay updated on design trends: Continuously explore the latest trends and tools in design to innovate and improve the visual elements of the brand.
- Work with print vendors: Prepare files for printing and coordinate with print vendors to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Corel Draw).
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
- Experience with digital and print media.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- **Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in motion graphics and/or video editing.
- Experience in designing for social media platforms and creating brand campaigns.
