**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Design**:

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts for motion graphics and animations.
- Create storyboards and visual frameworks for proposed projects.
- **Production**:

- Design and animate motion graphics for various media including web, television, and social media platforms.
- Develop video assets such as intros, outros, lower thirds, and title animations.
- Incorporate audio, voiceovers, and sound effects to enhance the final product.
- **Editing and Post-Production**:

- Edit raw footage and create compelling video content.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure the visual content aligns with the overall project goals.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to refine and improve designs.
- **Maintenance and Updates**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.
- Maintain and organize project files, assets, and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema 4D.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animation projects.
- Solid understanding of video editing, 3D animation, and visual effects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative ideas.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with 3D modeling and animation software like Blender or Maya.
- Knowledge of coding and scripting for animation.
- Familiarity with sound design and audio editing.
