**Position: - Opening for the position of Immigration Advisor**

**Reporting to: - Zonal Business Manager**

**Location: - Lord Sinha Road,Kolkata-West Bengal**

**Job Description: -**

Ø Keeping up-to-date with changes in Immigration laws.

Ø You will be responsible for counselling and provide practical advise to client on various immigration routes, via any modes

Ø Convert the client for immigration process with us by gaining clients’ confidence

Ø Advice on overseas options available, so as to enable the client and their family to make an informed decision

Ø Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration and visa rules.

Ø Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of the clients profile.

Ø Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

Ø Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.

Ø Providing clients with list of all pertinent documentation.

Ø To become an Immigration Consultant, you must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centred on communication with the client, team members and government authorities.

Ø A friendly interpersonal connection with people is the key to building trust with your clients.

Ø The prime role of the Immigration Advisor is to work towards the achievement of the sales target for oneself and the aligned team.

Ø He/she should touch base with all the assigned leads on a daily basis as per the target given and also ensure the supporting team should do the same.

Ø Adhering to the work policies, and ethics of the organization.

**Year of Experience: - Fresher’s to 2 years**

**Qualification: - Any Graduate**

**Required Skills/Abilities**:
Ø Prior experience in Immigration sales or Immigration counselling - UK/Canada/Schengen countries/USA.

Ø Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers

Ø Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ø Familiarity with computers and the internet.

Ø Sales oriented and target driven attitude

Ø Outstanding verbal communication with convincing ability

Ø Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.

Ø Team skills and strong relationship building skills.

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
