**Job description**

We are inviting passionate and experienced professionals working in the field of community outreach & stakeholder management for this role. This role offers you extensive opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the sports and development sector at the grassroots level. You will have scope to hone your strategic planning, leadership, and motivational skills.

In this role, you will be managing community relations involving multiple stakeholders in the community to ensure effective implementation of KKM Sports. The role shall test you broadly on your people skills, operational and team management expertise in a challenging scenario.
- Managing parent relations with parents of children enrolled in KKM program to facilitate sustained and holistic development of the child through timely dissemination of child wise growth data reports
- Identifying & mobilizing community youth interested in sports to facilitate coaching for community children
- Organizing quarterly mohalla tournaments to build interest and participation from youth children
- Identifying localized play spaces and liasoning the process of revamping them
- Coordinating with KKM coaches in the community to ensure effective implementation and timely administration of monitoring studies
- Encouraging children from the community & schools to participate in structured sports program
- Ability to manage data in spreadsheets & reading dashboards to organize program efficiently

**Eligibility**
- Full time role, working out of Sangam Vihar
- Three or more years of relevant experience in the field of community-based programs, especially if involving school children and/ or sports.
- Ability to build & manage a relationship with parents, local administration, and schools.
- Understanding of Soccer/ Kho-Kho would be an added advantage

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)
- Graduation is preferred

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
