Job Title: Learning Experiences & Activities Coordinator

Location: DLF World School Greater Noida

Reports To: Head of School

Position Type: Full-Time

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to lead the school's learning experiences and activity ecosystem. This individual will not only be responsible for planning and executing the annual calendar of school activities and events, but also play a key role in embedding Project-Based Learning (PBL) across grades by mentoring teachers, co-designing curriculum, and aligning co-scholastic programs with the school’s educational vision.

Key Responsibilities:
Learning Design & Curriculum Innovation
- Drive the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PBL) as a school-wide practice.
- Design and lead workshops and training sessions for teachers to strengthen capacity in PBL, experiential learning, and activity-led pedagogy.
- Curate and recommend resources, tools, and best practices that support progressive, student-centric learning. School Activities & Events
- Develop and execute the Annual School Activity Calendar including inter-house competitions, club events, theme weeks, exhibitions, performances, educational excursions and more.
- Work with sports, performing arts and visual art departments (music, art, dance, drama, physical education, etc.) to plan and review programs across all grades.
- Lead planning for annual events such as Founder's Day, Sports Day, STEAM Carnivals, MUN and cultural fests.
- Ensure all activities are inclusive, educationally aligned, and promote 21st-century skills like collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. Teacher & Team Coordination
- Serve as the point of contact and mentor for all activity-based staff and clubs, including external vendors if any.
- Coordinate with heads of departments to ensure smooth integration of activities with classroom learning.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and participation of students in coscholastic domains.
- Schedule and lead regular meetings with activity teams to track progress and gather feedback.

Administrative & Communication Support
- Draft and manage communications (circulars, newsletters, announcements) related to activities and learning programs.
- Liaise with the school admin office, transport, IT, and external vendors for logistics of events and programs.
- Maintain documentation for all learning and activity-related initiatives — including student participation records, budgets, photos, and reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate, Post Graduate/MBA/Masters Equivalent Eligible.
