Content Administrator

**What you'll do**:
- Move the websites through the lifecycle of dev, staging, and live (production)
- Manage web sites refreshes and releases
- Oversee content builds and link checker reports
- Update XML for the Content Portal UI
- Maintain content redirects
- Maintain persistent links in embedded UI links
- Maintain copyright used in documentation and courseware
- Administer the Learning Management System (Litmos/ Docebo)
- Create and manage course and assessment modules on the LMS
- Post certification programs on the LMS
- Archive course source files
- Interact with CMS (Ixiasoft/ Zoomin) and LMS vendors concerning outages and issues with content tooling
- Support the content development teams to understand the technical requirements of presenting content; research, propose, and document solutions
- Post and archive video source files; maintain video inventory details
- Be energized by working in a dynamic, global, Agile environment
- Actively participate in scrum Agile ceremonies to understand the requirements of the content development teams and share updates
- Proactively maintain work in Jira/Azure
- Manage concurrent projects across several product lines and deliver projects on time with high quality
- Help evolve tools and content development/administration practices
**То be successful in this role, we need someone who has**:
- A technical B.A./B.S. degree
- Experience in administering Content Management Systems and Learning Management systems (experience with IxiaSoft/ Zoomin and Docebo/Litmos is highly preferred)
- Knowledge of DITA, Markdown, HTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with content editing tools is helpful (experience with Congree is preferred)
- Experience using Camtasia to produce user assistance videos is helpful
- Good communication and Enthusiasm to learn new skills
