Overview:
Principal Responsibilities:

- ** SharePoint Management**: Oversee the day-to-day management, optimization, and governance of the SharePoint environment.
- ** Security & Compliance**: Manage user access, permissions, sites, libraries, and content security while adhering to best practices.
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Ensure high system uptime, scalability, and efficient resource utilization for CMS platforms.
- ** Content Organization**: Conduct regular documentation cleanups to optimize storage and archive outdated materials effectively.
- ** Automation & Scripting**: Use scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate tasks, enhance performance, and streamline workflows.
- ** Integration & Collaboration**: Work with system administrators to integrate content platforms with enterprise systems.
- ** Digital Asset Management**: Implement governance policies, version control, and collaboration tools for efficient content management.
- ** Content Publishing**: Develop and distribute the weekly company newsletter, handling architecture, content population, formatting, and delivery.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work cross-functionally to customize solutions and develop content workflows that align with business objectives.

Position Requirements:

- **Experience**: 5+ years in systems administration, with a focus on SharePoint and content management.
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, configurations, and web parts.
- Experience with digital asset management (DAM) and content delivery networks (CDNs).
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Familiarity with scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation.
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for SharePoint customization.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and independent work capabilities.
- Excellent written and spoken English.

**Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)**:

- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate
