**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement social media content strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Design engaging graphics, carousels, reels, and short videos
- Write creatively for captions, posts, and campaign ideas
- Manage social media engagement and interaction with followers
- Perform basic SEO and optimize posts for reach
- Collaborate with the MDIF team to create impact-driven narratives

**Skills We’re Looking For**
- Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent design tools)
- Understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn & other platforms
- Basic knowledge of SEO (a plus, not mandatory)
- Interest in storytelling and creative writing
- Self-motivated and open to feedback
- Strong communication and a sense of social responsibility
