Teller Caller

As a Teller Caller (Telugu) at DHA Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in our customer service and sales efforts. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing information about our products and services, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and promoting sales opportunities. Fluency in Telugu is essential for this role to effectively communicate with customers in their preferred language.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote DHA Technologies' products and services.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about DHA Technologies' offerings and industry trends.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory, along with proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends during the initial training period (first 45 days).
- Must be adaptable and open to learning new skills and technologies.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
