**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and filing accurate federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
- Support senior advisors in conducting tax planning sessions to identify savings opportunities and optimize client financial strategies.
- Research tax laws, regulations, and updates to ensure compliance and provide current advice to clients.
- Analyze client financial data to calculate estimated taxes and identify potential deductions and credits.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding tax matters, providing clear explanations and guidance.
- Organize and maintain accurate records of client tax documents and financial information.
- Collaborate with the team to prepare tax-related reports, summaries, and recommendations.
- Support audits or correspondence with tax authorities by gathering required documentation and preparing responses.
- Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Progress toward U.S. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is required.
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements.
- Proficiency in tax preparation software and tools such as TurboTax, Drake, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
