**Job Title: Data Entry Operator - EXIM Logistics Pvt Ltd**

**Responsibilities**:

- Enter and manage data related to export and import activities, including shipment details, customs documentation, invoices, and other relevant information.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry to facilitate efficient logistics operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, procurement, and finance, to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain updated records of shipments, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare reports and summaries of export-import activities as required by management.
- Assist in streamlining data entry processes and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated with changes in export-import regulations and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risks.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as customs authorities, freight forwarders, and carriers, to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team as needed, including filing documents, responding to inquiries, and coordinating meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, preferably in the field of EXIM logistics.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of export-import procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Familiarity with logistics software and systems is a plus.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
